He was predeceased by: his former wife Doreen Kelly; his wife Maureen Sauriol; his son Randy Richter; and his parents, Helmut Richter and Edith Richter.
He is survived by: his child Kimberley Dixon (Tim); his granddaughter Kayla Richter (Dylan); and his brothers, Bernd Richter (Kristina) and Wilfried Richter (Laurie).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kemptville Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & Mc (805 Prescott St, Kemptville, ON K0G1J0). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Church (503 Clothier St W, Kemptville, ON K0G1J0).
