She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Bender; her son James Bender (Sandi); and her siblings, Joseph, Bert, Murray, Kay, Madeline, Margaret, Stella, Rita and Veronica.
She is survived by: her children, John Bender (Sandie), Mary Olsen (Douglas), Ann Morey (Randy) and Kate MacDonald (Donald); and her grandchildren, Jeff, Samantha, Jennifer, Peter, Richard, Kevin, Chris, Beth, Angela, Daniel, Heather, Jamie, Sandy and Patrick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
