He was predeceased by: his parents, John McNeely and Edna McNeely; and his brother Keith. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Dave and Jane McNeely; his stepchildren, Joseph and Jamie; his sister Deborah; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Alison, Levi, Emile, Owen and Sophie.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Highland Park Visitation Centre (2037 McGee Side Rd, Carp, ON K0A1L0). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Park Chapel (2037 McGee Side Rd, Carp, ON K0A1L0). A reception will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Highland Park Remembrance Chapel (2037 McGee Side Rd, Carp, ON K0A1L0).
