She is survived by: her children, Amanda Jack, Michael Jack and Joshua Jack (Natasha Peer); her parent Odell McGovern (Jenkins); her siblings, David and Deborah; and her grandchildren, Ethan, Logan, Jackson and Big D (Duncan).
