It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harvey Arcand (Kemptville, Ontario), who passed away on November 12, 2018, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Arcand and Mary Arcand; and his sisters, Edith, Christine and Doris. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
