He was predeceased by: his former wife Nancy Clarke; and his siblings, Edna Barton, Mabel MacDonald, Rita Hicks, Elmer McRae, Melvin McRae and Glen McRae.
He is survived by: his wife Irene; his stepdaughters, Cheryl Cable (Reginald) and Susan Boivin (Michel); and his sisters-in-law, Anne McRae and Grace Stewart (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
