It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Alexander Reid of Kemptville, Ontario, who passed away on December 11, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carole (Kennedy); his children, Mary Weiher (Glenn), David Reid (Jackie), Ellen Laforest (Dan), Amy Reid, Dawn Blad (Mark Goodenough) and D. J. Blad (Carlye); his grandchildren, Dan, Mike, Pat, Ginny (Brian), Ethan, Jake, Emma (Hayden), Riley (Ashley), Kyra (Vinny), Teagen and Makena; his great grandchild Benjiman; and his siblings, Judy Daniels (late Nabe), Barbara Hallam (Paul), Alan Reid and Nancy Gillogly (Ross). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Byers Funeral Home (2990 Church St, South Mountain, ON K0E1W0).
