He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Holmes and Douglas Holmes. He is survived by: his spouse Heather Bellinger-Holmes (Benton); his child Angela Bellinger (Jeffrey Weedmark); his grandchild Jack; and his brother Robert Holmes (Barbara). He is also survived by nieces, nephews & great nieces and nephews.
