He was predeceased by: his daughter Pam Menchions of Ottawa; his parents, Charles Menchions and Olive Menchions of Halifax; his siblings, Doug and Phyllis Menchions of Chester; and his sister-in-law Janet Coonce of Hartford, Connecticut..
He is survived by: his wife Carol Holmes; his children, Dr. Bruce, Joanne Menchions of Ancaster, Ontario, Jessie Menchions and George Barry of Ottawa, Ontario; and his former wife Margaret Allen. He is also survived by 3 nieces.
A reception was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kemptville Chapel Reception Centre (805 Prescott St, Kemptville, ON K0G1J0).
