He is survived by: his wife Nelda (Hall); his sons, Brian (Margo) of Port Elmsley and Barry Hunter of Kingston; his grandchildren, Dale (Jenn) of Raymond, AB, Candace Grimwood (Daniel) of Kingston, Carlie Hunter of Kingston and Andrea Hunter of Raymond, AB.; and his siblings, Glen (Joyce) of Kelowna, B. C., Donna Thibert (late Pat) of Kemptville, Ruby Boyd (Doug) of South Mountain, Dale Hunter and Doris Coons (Mervyn).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Memory of Bert to the Parkinson Canada.
