We bid farewell to Anthony Streng (Kemptville, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 6, 2024 at the age of 85. Anthony touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard and Adriana; his granddaughter Jenny (Len); his sisters, Cora Jackson (Sue) and Beth Lajeunesse; and his brothers-in-law, Barry Jackson and Mel Lahaise.
He is survived by: his spouse Rikie; his children, Debbie Streng (Scott), Bill Geerts, Wendy Wells (Jim) and Michael (Sylvia); his grandchildren, Derek Durant (Leighann), Kaitie Baird (Steven), Sam Cronin (Cory), Tayler Wells (Guillaume), Mateo, Daniel Streng, Anthony, Johnathan and Selina Geerts; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Sadie, Emerson, Emmet, Kendall, Rylee and Dax; and his siblings, Mary Lahaise Jane (Mel), John (Thea), Leona Murphy (Ray), Lisa Streng (Len) and Gerard. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (503 Clothier St W, Kemptville, ON K0G1J0). A Mass was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations in memory of Tony can be made to the Kemptville District Hospital CT scan fund, or blood donations to the CDN Blood Services.
