It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Parkes of Keewatin, Ontario, born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Parkes and Philip Parkes. He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Rick (Leidy), Susan and Patti; his grandchildren, Vanessa (Mike), Geoff, Ben (Jess), Rachel and Sarah (Jared); and his great grandchildren, Sofia, Eva and Oliver.
