He is survived by: his spouse Joan; his children, John, Jeff (Debbie) and Joanne (Bryan); his grandchildren, Shannon, Ashley, Alora, Bethany, Amanda (Jake) and Eliza; his great grandchild Callum; and his brothers, William (Lorraine) and Edward (Nell).
Donations in memory of Russell can be made to Hiawatha United Church.
