He was predeceased by: his sister Joan (Clare); and his parents, Florence and Neil. He is survived by: his wife Karen Junkin; his siblings, Doug (Elizabeth), Jennifer (Steve) and Joseph; and his aunt Mildred Kerr. He is also survived by his many friends, relatives.
