He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Bellamy. He is survived by: his children, Linda, Stephen (Suzanne) and Susan (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Caitlin, Bethany, Madelaine and Trysten; his brother John Burkholder (Jean); and his significant other Barb Murphy.
