“I am very saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Melissa, along with others at OIPC who knew her. Melissa led a field tour during the 2018 OIPC Conference in Peterborough, showing attendees the work she had done to market & sell native plants. She was unforgettable, I still vividly remember her talk at the nursery, her vast knowledge and passion for her field were so evident. She also contributed her expertise to the southern Grow Me Instead guide. She will be truly missed, such a loss.”
