He was predeceased by: his parents, Arline Johnson and John Whincup. He is survived by: his sister Karyn Roberts of Winnipeg; his niece Jessica of Winnipeg; his stepfather Robert Johnson of Kapuskasing; and his friend Karl. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
