He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfrid and Gertrude; and his sister Estelle Amyote. He is survived by: his wife Réjeanne; his children, Carole Demeules of Ottawa, Judith Therrien (Yvan) of Hearst, Gerald (Aline) of Kapuskasing and Michel (Céline) of Orillia; his grandchildren, Michèle, Laura, Richard, Clara, Alexander, Neva, Danielle, Owen and Kevin; his siblings, Madeleine Picard (Gilles) of Kapuskasing, Raymond (Dale) of Calgary and Maurice (Yvonette); and his pet Molly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
