She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ronald Cork; her children, David James Cork (Irene Gunn), Peter Allan Cork (Kathy O'Brien), Stephen Ronald Cork and Lisa Lillian Brown (Wade Brown); her parents, Maurice McAlear and Lillian McAlear; and her siblings, Allan (Claire), Nancy and Doreen. She was also cherished by grandchildren and four amazing great grandchildren.
