He was predeceased by: his parent Giuseppe Fazzino. He is survived by: his parent Giuseppina Fazzino; his siblings, Antonino (Tony) and Sebastiano; and his children, Carlo Fazzino and Marco Fazzino. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
