She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert McCarthy and Hazel Brennan; her granddaughter Rose; and her sister Maureen. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stefan, André (Courtney), Chantal (Malik), Daniela (Kailey), Melissa, Léo Jr., Daniel, Rebecca, Sam, Ryan, Raymond, Robyn and Renée; her great grandchild Mirabelle; her stepgranddaughters, Nathalie and Manon; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Leann, Anthony, Summer and Patrick; and her sister Elizabeth. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and Godchildren.
In memory of Patricia, donations to CNIB Canadian Institute for the blind or the Canadian Cancer Society or to St Philip's / St Clare's parish would be appreciated.
