She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Parish Chamberlain; and her brothers, Jack Reade and William Reade. She is survived by: her children, Joy Forbes (David), Lyn Guenther (Wolfgang), Gay Chamberlain (Liz) and Lee Chamberlain (Deborah); her grandchildren, Kurt, Andrew (Alex Lianne), Andrea (Andy), Kristin (Jay), Lance (Madona), Lucas and Lauren; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn and George.
