She was predeceased by: her husband William Burton Bowness; her parents, Mary McEvoy (Nee Hogan) and Joseph McEvoy; and her siblings, Louis, Regina and Gerald.

She is survived by: her children, Wayne Bowness, Barbara North (Elton), Beverly Morgan (Robert) and Maureen Morvan (Emile); her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Katie, Richard, Michael, Lindsay, David and Stephanie; and her great grandchildren, Finley, Luke, Elton, Noah, Emma, Emily, Bria, Evelyne, Olivia, Jordan, Annika and Ainsley.
