He was predeceased by: his parent Clive Southall. He is survived by: his parent Frances Southall (Grimes); his wife Marilyn Southall (Nickerson); his stepchildren, Michelle Cleveland (Charles), Hill, Kempton Goodwin (Denise) and Harbour; his great grandchild Blake; his brothers, Steve (Barbara) and Ellershouse; and his nieces and nephews, Victoria Weaver (Casey), Katie Southall, Matthew Southall, Thomas Southall and Daniel Southall.
In memory of Joe, donations can be made to Carleton Place Veterinary Hospital Furry Tails Rescue or Shelburne & Yarmouth Humane Society of Nova Scotia would be greatly appreciated.
