With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Wayne MacDonald (Kanata, Ontario), born in Windsor, Ontario, who passed away on March 3, 2021 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Wayne MacDonald to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alexander and Katherine MacDonald. He is survived by: his sister Mary Jane (Steve Henry); his nieces, Lisa and Jennifer (Jamie); his nephew Brian (Claudia); and his great-nephews, Reid, Dean and Joel.
As per John's wishes, cremation will take place at the Kelly Funeral Home, Ottawa and a Celebration of Life will be held in Windsor at a later date, due to current Covid restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Oxfam Canada or Amnesty International Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
