He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harrigan and Cecile Harrigan; and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his children, Patrick (Cindy), Neil (Malvina) and Kris Harrigan; his grandchildren, Braden, Evan, Abby, Elliot and Riley; and his siblings, Karen (Julian) and Mike (Sharon). He is also survived by his cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
