He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline (Nee Hunter); his sons, Derek and Kevin; his grandchildren, Quinn, Cameron, Jaron and Bradon; and his siblings, Jannie Rooij (Jan) of Holland, Nico Nipius (Sija) of Holland and Goof Nipius (Cobi) of Holland.
