He was predeceased by: his brother Siegfried. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Paul and Lisa (Shawn); his granddaughters, Kathleen (Matthew) and Natalie (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Cecilia and Evelyn; his brothers, Horst (Bernice) and Wolfgang (Carol); and his sisters-in-law, Kathy, Florence and Betty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions a private ceremony will be held for immediate family.
