It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilles Paquet (Kanata, Ontario), born in Field, Ontario, who passed away on May 12, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosario Paquet and Flora Paquet; and his parent-in-law Aurèle. He is survived by: his spouse Viviane; his child Angèle Johnson (Chris) of Kanata, ON.; his granddaughters, Odessa and Taylor; his mother-in-law Estelle Dupras; and his siblings, Marcel (Sheila) of Chapleau, ON, Rachel Deslaunais (Jacques) of Dowling, ON, Armande Vendramin (late Umberto) of Sudbury, ON, Carmen Eng (late Gary) of Barrie, ON, Hubert (late Irene) of Cambridge, ON, Michel (Suzette) of Dowling, ON, Jean-Pierre (Raymonde) of Sturgeon Falls, ON, Suzanne Moon (Bill) of Cache Bay, ON, Roger (Thérèse), Rolande Chaput (Léo) and Fernande Lefebvre (Ernest). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
