He is survived by: his children, Pearla Santos (Nelson), Nora Salvador (Dong), Boy Eslava (Marivic), Jeana Mesa (Ronan), Alex Eslava (Charity), Ampy Eslava (Roy Padilla) and Rey Eslava (Merriam); his grandchildren, Mark Anthony, Christopher Lloyd, Christian Kenneth, Michael Angelo, Princess Nicole, Kristaleen, Sharleen, Jonathan Paul, Jordan Troy, Jerrica Rose, Kobe Angelo, Charles Alexander, Camille, Adam Paul and Timothy John; his great grandchildren, Justin Louie, Maria Janella, Maverick, Maven, Chloe Heart and Khalea; and his siblings, Antonio Eslava Sr. (Rosita), Mimay Guillermo (late Eddie) and Deling Garcia (late Manuel).
