He was predeceased by: his spouse Claire Irene Marie Sylvestri; his parents, Armano Sylvestri and Elba Sylvestri; and his siblings, Mary Johnston (late Millar) and Camilo.

He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Bernie), Timothy (Cheryl) and Donald (Margaret); his siblings, John David (Gladys) and Beverly David (late Howard); his grandchildren, Dylan, Brett, Jamie, Andrea, Caitlin, Adam, Nicholas and Sidne; and his great grandchildren, Leo, Willa, Ramona, Damien and Wyatt.
