He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Craig Campbell and Ruth; and his brother Bruce Campbell. He is survived by: his spouse Elna; his son Ian Campbell (Hannah Francis); his sister Elizabeth Campbell; and his siblings-in-law, Ennis Teske, Brent Teske (Wendy) and Rhonda (Joseph Devlin). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and his great nieces and nephews.
