With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Antonin Prochazka (Kanata, Ontario), who passed away on July 21, 2019 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his husband Jitka; his daughters, Caroline (Quin Shirk-Luckett), Veronica (Kristopher Cieplak) and Helen (Jacques Niles); his grandchildren, Fin, Sylvan, Elizabeth, Gilbert, Kyra and Micah; and his sister Anna.
