She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Kluver (Antonius C.); her daughter Joanne Ohmayer (Rolf); her parents, Martha Hazebroek and Petrus Johannes Bolmers; and her siblings, Piet (Dien), Mart (Jan), Riet (Evert), Cor (Gerda) and Joop (Herman).
She is survived by: her son Peter Kluver (Dawna); her grandchildren, Ted (Krista), Kelly (Shawn), Laura (Jim) and Ben (Nina); her great grandchildren, Jordin, Sarah, Lauren, Grace, Alice, Isaac and Lucy; and her sister-in-law Gerda van Beelen. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, "In Memoriam" donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute are greatly appreciated.
