Anita Dewar Obituary
We bid farewell to Anita Dewar of Kanata, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded. Anita touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Anita farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Anita is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Dewar. She is survived by: her children, Debbie (Richard Monk) and John (Gina Grosenick). She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grace Manor (1156 Wellington St. W, Ottawa, ON K1Y2Z3). Her greatest challenges came as a result of her deteriorating vision (R. P.), coinciding with Covid. She was well supported during Covid by Dr. Elizabeth Westley.
