He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Flower Moore (Bradshaw); his sons, Alfred Douglas Moore (Margaret Griffiths) and Clifford John Moore (Daphne Verbeke); his grandsons, Peter, Christopher, David and Robert; his siblings, Stella Victoria Van Dusen (Irving), Edith Winifred Conley (Burton) and Leonard Miller Moore; and his granddaughter Donna Moore.
