He was predeceased by: his siblings, Hinke (Rinke Vandermeulen), Hotse (Ruth Lenos), Aaltje (Frans Koen), Tjipke (Nellie Lenos), Geeske (Wilfred DeVries), Christine (Peter Vandermeer), Helen (Bill Cnossen), Nick Lenos (Hammie) and Tjitte DeBoer.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy. He is also survived by many nephews and "favourite" nieces.
