He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Phibbs and Helen Phibbs (Wilson); his sister Joanne; and his former wife Denise Vaillancourt. He is survived by: his friend Penny; his children, Kevin Phibbs (Molly), Brittnee Carruthers (James) and Kyle Phibbs (Emily); his granddaughter Odette Carruthers; and his siblings, Ted Phibbs (Gail) and Bettee-Ann Labrie (Claude). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
