He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Hogeterp; and his sister Baukje Visser (Jelle). He is survived by: his in-laws, Wiepe Taekema, Peter Hogeterp, Rose DeBeer, Pati Hogeterp, Hazel and Larry Schipper.
