She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Christina (George Spaxman) and Mary Christina; and her brother George Spaxman (Doreen). She is survived by: her husband Arris Van Dyk; her children, Susan Easton, Charles Dilks, Janine Amatangelo (Frank), Paul Dilks (Shelly) and Lori Dilks (Rance); her stepdaughter Elaine Van Dyk; her brother Alvin Spaxman of Paris; her close friend Evelyn Lumsden; and her great grandchildren, Selena, Elizabeth, Olivia, Penelope, Benjamin and Nicholas.

In memory of Lorraine, donations may be made to the West Haldimand General Hospital.
