He was predeceased by: his wife Donelda; and his sister Freda (Jack Hodgson). He is survived by: his children, Allan of Simcoe, Bruce, Glen, Linda of Hagersville and Anna Reu; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Melissa, Brian, Jason, Charles, Rebecca, Dean, Carl and Philip; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Ryder, Blake, Ryker, Jacob, Rowan, Theodore, Spencer, Raina and Elliott; and his sister Betty (Elson Reu).
