He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Norm; and his stepbrother Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Kim (Bowen); his children, Angie Kotlar (Brian), Dawn Mainprize (Roy) and Dana Shepley (Dean); his stepsons, Jason De La Fosse (Lindsay), Lance De La Fosse (Farrah), Daniel Fleming (Brittany) and Chad Fleming (Bailey); his sisters, Monica (Barry) and Lucy; and his stepsiblings, Barb (Kim), Pat (Dave), Mary (Pete), April (Nick), Mayanne, Margaret, Theresa, Dorothea and Michael (Jeanette). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
