He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald James and Mary Cassandra. He is survived by: his spouse Vicki; his children, Don (Katie) of Naperville, Illinois, Nathan (Casey) of Arnprior and Justin (Brianna) of London; and his siblings-in-law, Kathryn Vokes (Larry), Brian Duxbury (Ina), Bruce Duxbury (Sue), Linda Millard (late Doug) and Phylis Sehn (Tom).
