He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hanans and Anita Jones (Pedersen); his sister Belinda Jones; his brother-in-law Sean Kelly; and his grandson Reid Hanans.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his grandchildren, Travis Hanans, Carson and Heidi Daniels; his siblings, Dennis, Melvin Hanans, Donna (Beate) and Denise (Debbie); and his sister-in-law Janet (Larry).
