With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eileen Carter (Jarvis, Ontario), who passed away on January 24, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Carter; her parents, Clayton Coates and Margaret Coates; and her siblings, Patsy and Lorne.
She is survived by: her son Larry Bartlett (Sheila); her grandchildren, Becky Crandall (Tim) and Wayne Bartlett (Alisia); her great grandchildren, Justin (Ema), Ryan, Landen, Natalie, Tristan and Noami; and her sisters, Alma and Shirley.
