She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Mulkins; her nephew Robert Smelser; and her niece Barb Smelser. She is survived by: her nephews, Larry Smelser (Gayle), Dave Smelser (Pauline) and Sheldon Smelser; her niece Shari (Chris Slack); and her close friend Theresa Salvatore.

There will be no funeral service due to the unfortunate circumstances of the COVID-19 outbreak.
