He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Webb and Jean Webb; and his brother Garry Webb. He is survived by: his children, Randy Webb of Cornwall, Jeffery Webb (Sylvie) of Cornwall, Kelly Lepage (Derek) of Cornwall and Rebecca Webb of Cornwall; his brother David Webb (Sherry); his stepbrother Dexter Thoms; and his friends, Ron Beaupre and Terry Beahan.
