Donald Frederick Janes Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Frederick Janes (Innisfil, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 27, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Olive Janes; his sister Janie Coles; and his children, Pat Caron (Steve), Barb Cesarin (Dennis) and Brian.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Susan (Cole), Matt (Danielle), Sean (Ayla) and Nick; his great grandchildren, Madison, Justin and Connor; and his niece Carole Cheesman (Wayne).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Innisfil Funeral Home (7910 Yonge St, Innisfil, ON L9S1L5). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at 15 Main St, Innisfil Beach, ON L9S1M8.
