She is survived by: her husband Dave Collacutt; her daughters, Shelley Collacutt Miller (John Miller), Laura Zeidler (Robert Zeidler) and Karen Collacutt (Kevin Rost); her brother Jerry Fortier (Catherine Fortier); and her grandchildren, Will, Sara, David, Julia, Steven, Emily and Mathew. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
