He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Dawkes (Hetherington) and Victor Benjamin Dawkes; and his brother John Dawkes (Jack). He is survived by: his wife Monique Dawkes; his children, Victor Armand Dawkes Jr. and Helen Nicole Dawkes-Brown (James Brown) of Long Sault; his granddaughters, Emilie Lynn Brown, Michelle Victoria Brown, Rachel Hannan and Alexandra Hannan; and his sisters, Joyce Dawkes and Susie Dawkes (Hazel). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and in keeping with our father's care for the vulnerable in our community, donations can be made in memory of Victor to the the St Vincent de Paul Society, 434 Second Street West, Cornwall, Ontario K6J 1H1.
